  1. What is SurgeForward?

    SurgeForward is an event for Hispanic 20 & 30 something’s who love Jesus and want their lives to reflect their faith.

    Our generation is hitting our "midlife crisis" in our 20’s and 30’s. We are asking ourselves and asking God why we were put here on earth. We are looking for ways to significantly impact our friends, our community and the world.

  2. Why is it needed?

    To be quite frank, because there's nothing like it targeting Hispanic young adults. There are tons of greats events for youth, singles, and older adults, but nothing for those caught in-between, your 20's and 30's.

  3. What if I'm not Hispanic, can I still attend?

    Of course! Just because this event is for Hispanics doesn't mean you won't receive something by attending. The speakers will bring messages that will inspire and challenge anyone, regardless of race or background. The fact is many 3rd and 4th generation Hispanics marry outside of their race, go to school with, work with, and hang out with, non-Hispanics. Because of that we encourage anyone who wants to be a part of this experience to come out.

  4. What is the theme?

    The them is The Power of One-one person, one church, one community, one city, one Kingdom. Never underestimate The Power of One.

  5. What if I just want to come Friday night and hear the bands, can I get a discount?

    Sorry, Friday night is designed to get things kicked off and to have fun but the meat of SurgeForward is scheduled for Saturday and you won't want miss it. You can just come on Friday if you want but there is no discount for it.

  6. What if I'm 40 (or 50 or whatvever)?

    Again, (see question #3) although this event is designed for a certain group, whether you're young or young at heart, you can attend.

  7. Does it matter what denomination I am?

    This event is heavily supported by the Tarrant Baptist Association and the Baptist General Convention of Texas, but we welcome all brothers and sisters in Christ as well as our brothers and sisters that don't know Christ.
